3 weeks in...

As most friends and family know The Dad and I decided to homeschool our Monster. This is his kindergarten year and he is enjoying it a lot so far. I've tried to keep things upbeat with activities and different outings. To say homeschooling is easy is a complete lie. It's a very tough job but becomes easier as you go along. We are 3 weeks in and things are finally starting to come together a little more efficiently. This thursday the Monster starts his first piano practice. I'm so excited for that. I pray that God blesses him and leads him to find musical enjoyment. The Dad and I definitely love music and Dad plays the guitar as well. I am feeling blessed to have been a little inspiration for other moms out there to homeschool. Friends of mine have reached out to me for a little advice here and there. I thank God for this opportunity to homeschool our Monster and to be an example for other families out there. I'm praying I can keep up with this blog as much as I can. I'd love to keep updating our families and friends on our homeschool progress and any other little things going on in our lives. Keep checking back for other posts.
